No man is an Island...
I believe in a non-judgmental, client-focused safe space. I am passionate about helping others. You are the expert in your life. Only you know your passions and can unlock your purpose. You will notice these minor changes begin to have major impacts; you may even notice that feeling of joy. We desire quick fixes, from fast food to our electronic devices. We want instant results. What if there are no quick fixes to our health? “Inch by inch life’s a cinch”. Ask yourself, how will that food fuel my mind and body? Is stressing about sitting in traffic or waiting in line, really stressing or just a bother? Do I really need all that drama from the news and social media? How should I let go of the baggage that is holding me back?

Group coaching has three main components...
1. Young adults from ages 18-35 and will focus on skills that will help you navigate the journey of life. Topics range from stress, self-care, mindfulness, career, social, family, grief, climate, etc. We have the privilege of learning from the participants, their view of the world and how the human spirit has endured time after time and that spirit is in you. Clients report a positive change in their perception about life, which leads to chemical changes in your body by producing less cortisol and more dopamine, serotonin, endorphins, etc.
2. The second group consists of ages 36 and above and focuses on parenting, retirement, injuries that come along with aging, taking care of your parents, grief, and just growing old.
3. The third group which starts this Fall 2023 is more of a philosophy group and we discuss various topics from Buddhism, Christianity, and other philosophies to learning our purpose through observing nature, some really cool topics.
