Group Well-Being
1. Young adults from ages 18-35 and will focus on skills that will help you navigate the journey of life. Topics range from stress, self-care, mindfulness, career, social, family, grief, climate, etc. We have the privilege of learning from the participants, their view of the world and how the human spirit has endured time after time and that spirit is in you. Clients report a positive change in their perception about life, which leads to chemical changes in your body by producing less cortisol and more dopamine, serotonin, endorphins, etc. 2. The second group consists of ages 36 and above and focuses on parenting, retirement, injuries that come along with aging, taking care of your parents, grief, and just growing old.
3. The third group which starts this Fall 2023 is more of a philosophy group and we discuss various topics from Buddhism, Christianity, and other philosophies to learning our purpose through observing nature, some really cool topics.
Group coaching has three main components...
